This module is focused on giving staff and employees a clear understanding of what bias is and how it plays a role in professional environments and how it may cause conflict, miscommunication, and counter-productivity in the workplace. This 90-minute module will give scenarios, and discussion questions for viewers to reflect. This module may be offered in two parts.
